Duncan brings over 15 years of experience representing professional basketball players in the NBA, G League, Euroleague, EuroCup, Basketball Champions League, and top leagues in Korea, Japan, and Australia, among many others. He is an expert in the pre-Draft process for NBA players and has represented dozens of players who’ve competed at the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, the NBA Draft Combine, the G League Elite Camp, and the NBA Summer League. A licensed attorney and former litigator, Duncan built his career in state and federal courtrooms before turning full-time to player representation. He combines legal expertise, comprehensive global basketball knowledge, and a reputation for strategic, no-nonsense, honest advocacy trusted by elite athletes and their families. Mike is a former professional player (and DML Ltd. client) with 10 years of playing experience in Spain, Italy, and Holland. Known for his incredible journey from being cut at a D3 program to becoming a Division II All-American to later hitting a buzzer-beating, game-winning three-pointer in his ACB debut in Spain (the best league in the world outside the NBA), Mike provides our clients with on-court insight and firsthand experience about how to ‘climb the ladder’ as a pro. Based in San Sebastián, Spain, Mike serves as a vital transatlantic resource and mentor and also provides in-depth, hands-on film analysis for our clients at all levels.
