Our team has successfully counseled and represented professional basketball players at every level: from starters in the NBA, to rookies on two-way contracts, to veterans overseas on lucrative contracts, to rookies overseas working their way up. We evaluate talent with precision, build tailored skill development plans for each client, and have built our business and reputation on skillfully advising our clients on how best to individually navigate complex basketball leagues and markets so each client reaches the highest level possible and earns as much money as possible.

We’ve spent years building strong, credible, working relationships with all 30 NBA front offices and all 30 NBA G League front offices.  We get NBA decisionmakers on the phone on the first call because we've worked with them for our clients for years.  Those relationships come from time and trust (and from consistently representing incredibly skilled, productive players).

We’ve negotiated deals in the top leagues in Spain, Italy, Australia, France, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, Japan, Korea, and beyond. We know which leagues pay the best salaries, which leagues best fit your game, and most importantly, which leagues will open the door to greater opportunities.  Our priority is that each of our clients continues to improve- financially and on the court- each season.
